Who’s Eligible To Buy

The Office and Education Furniture Contract is a mandatory, whole-of-government agreement.

All NSW Government agencies are eligible, which means that all NSW Government must use this contract when buying office and education furniture.

The key benefits associated with using this contract have been listed as follows:

  • access more suppliers, including a range of small and medium-sized businesses
  • greater options regarding warranties, support, service levels and risk protection
  • ISO 9001 and 14001 accredited suppliers and manufacturers.

What This Means To Your School

  • Customers may place orders with Suppliers on the Scheme directly to form a Customer Contract.
  • Customers may also invite Woods Furniture under the Scheme to participate in a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) process if the expenditure warrants it.
  • All products are designed and manufactured to AS/NZS quality standards or equivalent international standards.
  • Access to a wide range of quality products that have AFRDI Blue and Green Tick environmental certification.
